"Space built a single storey extention to our semi-detached house
in South Shore, Blackpool starting in August 2008. The build incorporated a kitchen area, dining and living area with
a pitched roof, bi-fold doors and exterior decking.
The work produced is of the highest standard with no corners cut.
I would highly recommend Space for their reliability, attention to detail and commuication regarding the progress of their
work. All the parties involved in the build were exceptional and realiable also. The stress you expect as "standard"
with any building work was taken out of the equation. The work was finished in good time, as expected!
The finished extension looks absolutely fabulous and I would not hesitate
to recommend using Space for any work, I would certainly use them again"

is a breath of fresh air to find a builder that turns up when they say they will and actually does what they say they will
do.
In the initial stages of the project they were more than helpful with
design and buildability, overcoming problems before they affected progress.
The quality of the workmanship has been faultless and I can honestly
say that on completion of the works, both my wife and I are very happy with the resulting interior and exterior of the house.
It is testament to them that given the choice we wouldn't change a
